Ms. Carolina is sandwiched between two males: her older brother is Bedford and her younger brother is Nicholas. She is a "blue", Bedford is typical silver and Nicholas is black. (Yes, he is!) They are wonderfully undignified Weimaraners and she is quite proper...until it's time to snake a spot on the couch or worm her way under the covers on a cold night! Here she is travelling with us and found a place in the rear of the Navigator that is worthy of her sense of style and dignity. Carolina is shy and for many years we struggled getting weight on her. She now enjoys brown rice and chicken most mornings mixed with her regular. A little dinty, she is a fearless hunter of squirrels and protector of the residence. The "boys" both love her...and she shares the same with them. She also is very close to her human Mom and Dad. Each one has their own personality and style...would we all have dozens and dozens? As we get older we struggle with the thought of one or both of us not being able to care for them so "one more Weimaraner" is always in our hearts...but can't be selfish with these wonderful creatures.
