Buddy lost his fight to live on Aug 8, 2015 due to complications from his heartworm disease. He passed away at the vet clinic with his foster mom present, loving him to the very end. Gallant, Gracious, & Handsome were words that she used to describe this sweet boy. Buddy's death was senseless; this is a preventable disease. Please use Buddy as a reminder to give your dogs (and cats) Heartworm prevention each & every month.
