Gracie was the light of my life for over 14 years. She was my first Weimaraner and is the reason I'm a Weim lover for life.

She knew so many words and had such a wonderful personality. She loved kitties and had her own, Jasper. He washed her face most every day.

She enjoyed foaming at the mouth from all the sniffing at a dog park. She would do anything for a cucumber or tomato. She curled up close and tucked the covers in next to me in the winter. She was my training companion for four half marathons; I had to sneak out on race mornings.

She loved to wrestle and play, even when her arthritis made it painful. She always had an amazing appetite until her last week.

I have been changed, in a good way, because of her.
