Ozzy was a gift to my son after we lost Adler (our WRS rescue) and he has been such joy for our family. He fell in our lap without intention after calling on a post in hopes of discouraging breeding... turned out the kindest man rescues two Weimaraners and ended up with an accidental littler. He saved the only gray male for us, sent us pictures over the weeks, and constantly stays in touch with us for updates. I was expecting to find a backyard breeder when we arrived and had already prepped my son to leave without the dog but we were so pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed by his care and kindness for his dogs. He still reminds us that he will take Ozzy if we ever find ourselves in need. Oz is the 4th meme er of our family and he makes us whole! I have so many pictures, hard to choose but this is how he sits, hopefully waiting, never making a sound when he needs to go out or wants to eat. The longing in his eyes melts my heart as here he is hoping for a treat out of the pantry!
