Kai is a Weim mix rescued from Isla Mujeres, Mexico where this photo was taken! His name means “fish” in the Mayan language. It also means “ocean” in Hawaiian.
HALO is the name of the organization that rescued him. He was found at 5 days old in a pile of trash. Now he is 2 years old, healthy, happy and 72 pounds!
He is silly, crazy Weimy and has made me fall completely in love with the breed.
We hope to rescue another Weimy in the near future.
