Tchoupitoulas (pronounced "CHOP-ah-too-lus") is a Louisana dog through and through. Tchoup is 85 pounds of pure energy and sass. He loves getting attention from everyone he meets, stealing throw pillows from the couch, and stalking lizards in his backyard. He is too smart for his own good and has learned to open the door to the pantry to get to his treats.
