This is Maddux, a WRS dog, formerly known as “Ricky Bobby”. Maddux was adopted May 1, 2022. He shares his home with KC, another recent WRS adoptee. While visiting Alabama late November 2021 to meet a few potential candidates, Maddux didn’t have to do much to make us fall in love! Ultimately we ended up bringing KC back to SC with us, but we couldn’t forget that little grey boy that melted our hearts. Fast forward a few months and the awesome ladies along with Chris, Maddux’s dad, worked very hard to make this adoption a secret and a very special one at that! During the Weim and Cheese Event, the certificate of adoption was presented to Maddux’s mom as a surprise Birthday/10 year Anniversary gift. Thank you WRS for going above and beyond to make this happen!
