Dixie, now deceased, was my constant companion for eight years never missing a vehicle ride. Her favorite pass time was riding in my side by side in the woods. She would ride a while and hunt a while. Dixie enjoyed the beach and made several trips to splash in the waves and lay in the cool wet sand. She was a one person Weimaraner displaying anxiety any time we were separated. Many good memories with Dixie during those eight short years!
