Your Pet's Story or Bio
This is Neil, the sweetest and most loving pup you'll meet! He is YGRR#6110, and he joined our family in December 2022. When you meet Neil, he will immediately prance on over and see if you want some kisses (preferably on the lips, although some people don't want kissies so close :) ). His true love is for any type of toy or ball, preferably his favorite football and birthday cake toy. Speaking of birthdays... Neil just turned one year old on June 2! From the time we have had Neil, he has already changed our lives in so many amazing ways.

Neil was born with congenital hydrocephalus, which is a condition where extra fluid is built up in the brain and can cause symptoms such as seizures, paralysis, and more. Neil has only around 75% of his brain developed and is missing many major landmarks in his brain. However, you would never know it! Neil kicked butt with potty training and learned in about three days! He is amazing at listening to commands, both verbal and hand, and has an amazing memory. As we and his neurologist call him, Neil is a miracle pup. He continues to blow us away with all of the new tricks he will learn and how sweet and gentle he is with every dog and person he meets!
