In 2019 Daffodil was rescued in China from a truck on its way to the meat market. In spite of her horrendous beginning, she has, in true golden style, blossomed into one of the smartest, sweetest goldens we've ever had. She hasn't yet met a dog she doesn't want to do zoomies with and has even learned to trust humans. She now has daily hikes in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire year-round.
