Your Pet's Story or Bio
I adopted Dixie & Tilly 5 months after loosing Jeri (YGRR #5048) at age 16. They are my second bonded pair (Ben & Jeri being the first) adopted from YGRR. They are the sweetest, most affectionate dogs..they love attention! Because of their history as puppy mill mothers they are the only golden's I have ever known that don't care about toys or tennis balls...but they do love to nap and roll in the grass! These two are inseparable..they wait at the door for each other, and are always jamming themselves together into tight spaces, as evident in the photo! Tilly, in the back has an amazing ability to squeeze herself into spaces you would think impossible.... just to be next to Dixie! I love them both and are thankful for every day I have them in my life!
