Tarci (formerly Tarcin) was adopted before the pandemic in 2020. She’s from Turkey and had a spinal injury that requires her to wear a diaper but definitely does not slow her down! She is a spunky girl who loves to be outside and loves to swim. Tarci will not turn down a couch snuggle or a soft, freshly made dog bed. She is definitely a love!
