Devon phoned me to say she was sorry to learn that my Henry had passed at 13.5 years old yet knew that I still had my pup Simon who had many health challenges, including seizures and genetic eye disorder. Bear was 5 months old, surrendered at 3 months and had just been returned from a forever home. She thought he would do well with me since I understood his health issues. Simon and I went to meet him that Saturday. We fell in love and brought him home that day. Bear was on the cover of YGRR Father's Day publication even though he was settling into his new home! Bear is "Mama's Boy" and best buddy to Simon, especially since Simon needed one eye removed a few years ago. Bear has never had a seizure, so the neurologist took him off his medication. Bear is a Happy Boy!
