Hi friends, I am Scooby a happy go lucky Labrador/Pit-bull mix who is thankful to my adoptive family for getting me here from Memphis, TN. Like the King of Rock-N-Roll, my former living conditions had me so lonesome I could have died. Now, I call Knoxville my home for the last 6 months and am being spoiled rotten. My parents are bathing me with unconditional love and I have a 15 year old human brother who is my best friend. I enjoy long walks, running beside my Dad when he rides bikes, avid toy tester…although my parents may say destroyer and enjoy jumping in any puddles that cross my path. My mom is a sucker for my good looks and seems to give me a lot of treats and belly scratches. She also has bought me a few items of clothing and while cute, am no fashionista. Voting for me would mean that I would be in a calendar, but more importantly, showing the world that labels like aggressive that are attached to my breed are not one size fits all stigmas that may be preventing others from adopting furry friends like me. If you are wondering…yes my middle name is Doo…so do your part and Doo-nate to this worthy cause!
