Rules

Each photo must represent your own dog or dogs.
Submit a photo of your dog(s). Include your dog’s name(s), your name and address (address will not be displayed only city and State), and an introduction telling us a little something about your dog (what they mean to you, your favorite thing about them, what they have taught you, or their rescue story! Be creative! Please limit intro to 150 words or less.
All submissions must be of good digital quality to retain detail when enlarged. Entry photo must be animal only – no people. Multiple pets can appear in the picture provided they all reside in the same home. Optimal photo should be sized to fit on an 8.5” tall x 11” wide format.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
All entries and photographs become the property of Greater Charlotte SPCA and all purposes without compensation. By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MSPR and the contest Sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
