Figaro was posted on a local internet group by someone who didn't want to bother to take him to the vet, even though his eye was black and bulging out of his head and he was struggling just to breathe. We got him, got him healed up and he's now head of the household! Figaro holds no ill will to humans, loves all animals and people and keeps one eye out for opportunities to make humans happy. His mandate would be to spread joy, respect and love for animals, and to knock everything off his desk onto the ground at least twice a day. VOTE FIGARO!!!
