Kate will advocate to introduce a new section into the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, providing that all animals have the right to play sports. The right to play sports will not only be beneficial physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Animals will no doubt also have the opportunity to socialize amongst themselves while engaging in sporting activities. Kate is the captain of her home's volleyball team, principally in the position of setter.
