Hi, my name is Parker T (T for Thomas - aka Tom Cat) and I would like to be your Minister of Parks (and Recreation). Some of the reasons I am qualified for this prestigious appointment - I was found abandoned in a park... and my name even has park in it! I promise to keep all parks in purrfect condition (and those annoying dogs in their off-leash spaces).
