His former owner had set up shop in southern Alberta after having been convicted of animal neglect in Saskatchewan. She now faces 13 Animal Protection Act charges in Alberta.
As your Minister of Justice, Zeus would fight for stronger national animal protection laws. His first priority would be for court ordered prohibitions against animal ownership to be enforceable in all provinces.
