Hearts to Pawz Project is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization relying on sponsorships and donations to help provide financial support for the animals at the Westfield Animal Shelter.
This is our first online Howliday Ugly Sweater Photo Contest to help raise funds for the Westfield Animal Shelter. We hope to make this an annual event.
