2nd through 12th place winners will receive:

• Recognition as one of this year’s top fundraising pets

*If your pet is selected as one of the Top 12 winners, you will be invited to attend a professional photo session on a pre-selected date in the Sarasota/Bradenton area during June 2027.

The session date and location will be determined in advance to ensure production timelines for Telling Tails: Personalities with Impact Edition Magazine and the custom wine label are met.

If a winner is unable to attend the scheduled session, the featured spot will be offered to the next highest vote-getter to keep the publication on schedule.

• Each entry is $10.00.
• Limit of 1 pet per photo entry. Photos containing more than one pet are not eligible to win. People are not allowed in photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will be removed and will not be eligible to win. Entry fees are non-refundable
• All photos must be uploaded digitally through the contest platform. Printed photos cannot be accepted.  We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos without express permission from the photographer.
• The Submissions Period starts at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, May 1, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
• Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or obscene, as determined by Moments Unleashed in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund
• Submitting multiple entries of the same pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 12 entries that receive the most votes. The same pet can only win once. Attempts to win two spots in the magazine by the same pet will not be permitted.
  
  

• Each $1.00 donation counts as one (1) vote. Min $5.00/5 Votes
• All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
• Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GOGO PHOTO CONTEST; all decisions are final and binding.
• The Voting Period starts at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, May 1, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
  
  

• The top 12 vote getters will win a professional  in-studio photo session by Moments Unleashed by Sherri Krams Photography on a pre-selected date and location in the Sarasota/Manatee area during June 2027. The session date and location will be determined in advance to ensure production timelines for the Telling Tails special edition magazine are met.

• While all pets are welcome to participate in the contest, please note that winning pets must be available for an in-person photo session to be featured in the Telling Tails special edition magazine. 

  If a winning pet is unable to attend the scheduled in-person photo session for any reason — including illness, relocation, or other unforeseen circumstances — the winning feature spot will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest vote-getter. No substitutions or alternate photo submissions will be permitted.

• The top vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the Telling Tails special edition magazine and a full two page spread inside. The following 11 recipients with the most votes will be eligible to have their pet featured on a single page full bleed image inside the magazine.

• The photographer, Moments Unleashed by Sherri Krams Photography, will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the magazine as well as which page that image will appear on.
  
  

• The pet receiving the highest number of new votes each week [ over the course of the contest  will win a mini-contest prize from one of the participating sponsoring businesses.
• Each pet may only win a weekly mini-contest once.
• In the event of a tie, a random computerized draw will be held between the highest vote getters of the week to determine that week's winner.
• In the event that there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized draw will be held for all eligible pets.
• Certain individual business restrictions and limitations may apply and may vary by business. Moments Unleashed by Sherri Krams Photography is not responsible for these restrictions and eligibility requirements as determined by each business.
  
  

• You represent and warrant that the submission is your original work and that you own or control all rights to the image. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
• Telling Tails Magazine will be available to the general public starting October, 2027.
• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Humane Society at Lakewood Ranch and Moments Unleashed by Sherri Krams Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
