Eligibility:
This contest is open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
How to Enter:
All eligible entrants can enter for a chance to win by submitting a photo, the photo's description, contact information, and payment on the submission page.
Entries will be accepted between 12:00 a.m. EST on November 1, 2020, and 11:59 p.m. EST on November 29, 2020. Entries are nonrefundable. All entries become the property of the Jefferson County SPCA.
Cost:
The cost of entry is $20.00. Each entry purchases a JCSPCA 2021 Calendar. Each vote costs $1.00.
Requirements:
Only one companion animal per submission. You may submit multiple images of different companion animals in the contest, but each animal must be a separate submission (and will count separately in the voting). Collage photos will not be accepted. All images submitted with multiple pets or as a collage in one image will be disqualified from the voting. No people, branded signs, logos, or commercial locations may be included.
Companion animals for inclusion in the contest include dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, guinea pigs and select other small mammals, small reptiles, and fish. Legally and responsibly kept domestic-bred farm animals are also accepted as companion animals.
Prizes and Winners:
12 winners will be selected by popular vote through “gogo photos contest submission website” and featured in the 2021 JCSPCA’s 2021 North Country’s Top Pets Calendar.
The top three photos with the most votes will receive one of the grand prizes:

The winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone by November 30, 2020. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If the Jefferson County SPCA cannot find an eligible winner for a prize, that prize will not be awarded.

By submitting an entry, the winners agree to allow use of her/ his/their name, and/or photograph for promoting this contest without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Contest void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entries are nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Jefferson County SPCA and its respective affiliates, employees, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, are not responsible for any loss or damage associated with an individual’s entry into this contest, the independent judging of the contest or the provision or otherwise of any aspect of any prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in the Official Rules are hereby excluded.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
The Jefferson County SPCA reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
