I met Stella 8 years ago in May at the Longmont Humane Society. She was 3 months old and the cutest dog ever. My Dad went down with me to visit with her and he said if I didn't adopt her, he would be very disappointed in me. I put a hold on her (and I was the 3rd hold). The front desk said I wouldn't get her because most probably one of the other holds would adopt her. To my surprise the other 2 families didn't want her. I hurried to prepare to welcome her home. Picked her up and have been best friends ever since. She is a wonderful dog and she has made me more passionate than ever to promote, educate and donate to animal shelters and rescues. My Stella is the best dog I could have ever asked for. Thanks Stella Girl!
