HOW TO SUBMIT PHOTOGRAPHS
The minimum donation for submitting a photo in the contest is $15 per photo.
You may submit as many photographs as you like. But please remember that the more entries you have the more diluted your votes will get.
Submit Photos Online: We are only able to accept online submissions. To submit photos online, click on the participate tab above and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your pet. All entries must be in by July 15, 2015, 9:00:00 PM MDT.
- Donations are fully tax-deductible as permitted by law.
- Longmont Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
- The email acknowledgment reply to your online donation serves completely as your tax receipt.
- All photos become the property of Longmont Humane Society.
Eligible Photographs
- Your pet does not have to have been adopted from LHS to enter. All pets are welcome to participate.
- Acceptable photo formats are .jpg, .bmp, and .tif
- Photos may contain one or more pets.
- Only photos of dogs, cats, small mammals and birds are eligible.
Photos must:
- Be in color
- Contain only pets (no people)
- Be horizontal (landscape) format
Any image or content that is deemed inappropriate, indecent or obscene, as determined by the staff of LHS, will be removed from the contest.
Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant, OR the entrant must have permission from the pet’s owner and/or photographer to submit their pet’s image.
