Your Pet's Story or Bio
We adopted Bear when he was eight years old. He was from Wichita and when his owner was placed in a nursing home, he was relinquished to a local rescue. After some time and not getting adopted, he was brought to Colorado. Due to his nerves, he had licked off a good deal of fur and was noticeably sad. We adopted and after some time he began to flourish and is such a fun and sweet boy. He also looks very close to a Muppet too. Now at four months shy of his 16th birthday, we love Bear more every day. I am so glad we did not and encourage others to not overlook a dog due to their age…they are true gems
