• Entries can be submitted beginning at 8:00 AM (Central Time) on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 through 10:00 PM (Central Time) on Sunday, April 12, 2026.  Voting will begin at 8:00 AM (Central Time) on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and end at 10:00 PM (Central Time) on Sunday, April 26, 2026.
• Entries must be accompanied by a photo of one pet. No people, please.
• The minimum donation for submitting an entry for the Midland Animal Shelter Adoptables’ (MASA) Tall City Top Dog Beer Label Contest in conjunction with Tall City Brewing Company is $5 per entry.
• You may submit as many pets as you like, but only one pet per entry and entry fee will apply to each pet. 
• All entries must be submitted online. We are not able to accept hard copies.
• Entries must be received by 10:00 PM (Central Time) on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
• The 3 dogs receiving the most votes will be featured on custom Tall City Brewing Company beer labels, available in a limited-edition 6-pack .
• The winning dogs must be available for a photoshoot within 30 miles of Midland, TX on select dates (April 28, April 30, or May 3-6; time/location will be at photographer's discretion).  Winners must be willing to travel if they do not live within 30 miles of Midland.  If they are unable to make it, the next winner will be selected.
• Once entered, all photos become the property of the Midland Animal Shelter Adoptables and can be used, edited, or modified for print or marketing purposes.

• While we love all animals, this contest is just for the dogs! Only canine participants are eligible to enter.
• Your pet does not have to be a rescue or have been adopted from MASA to be eligible to enter.
• Photographs must either feature pets owned by the entrant OR the entrant must have permission from the pet's owner to submit their pet's image.
• Acceptable photo formats are JPEG and PNG.
• Photos may contain only one pet.
• Photos must contain only pets (no people).
• A clear, high-quality image, especially of the pet’s face, is important.
• All entry participants must be able bodied to participate in their winning photoshoot. 

• Each dollar donated to a pet's campaign represents one vote.
• All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
• All donations to the label contest are final.
• All votes must be applied to selected pets by the conclusion of the voting period to be counted.
• An email address is required to make an online donation so that a receipt with tax information can be sent to the donor. 
• Votes can only be cast through the GoGo platform.

Midland Animal Shelter Adoptables (MASA) was founded in 2013 and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to networking animals at Midland Animal Services to increase adoptions and reduce euthanasia rates.
