OBOL is truly a one-of-a-kind organization. No other nonprofit organization fills the enormous need for animal comfort and care items among animal shelters and rescues in the USA.
We are a nationally recognized award winning non-profit animal welfare and emergency relief organization. Our mission is to improve the well-being of homeless animals and increase their chances of survival and adoption — with the ultimate aim of eliminating animal homelessness by:
- Providing donated comfort and care items to shelters, rescue groups, pets of the homeless, pets of low-income seniors, pets of homeless veterans, animal transports, fosters and wildlife sanctuaries.
- Advocating animal welfare with our Humane Education Learning Program (HELP) and our Anti-cruelty campaign "We Dream of Justice, Too".
- Promoting "Adoption is the Best Option" and "Spay and Neuter".
