The O.T.I.S. Foundation Inc. is a small group of people who love animals and believe in the value of all living beings. We want to ensure that our community's pets are treated with respect and teach others to recognize and understand the value of the animals' lives. Through education, we strive to promote the importance of proper animal care, spaying and neutering, the value of adoption and fostering, and the enforcement of animal protection laws. By educating the people and reforming the community into more responsible pet owners, we can help break the cycle of pet-overpopulation, abandonment, and neglect.
It is our purpose and mission to stand up for the rights of all animals, protect them from inhumane treatment, and strengthen the welfare of those animals in our community. We are dedicated to combating animal neglect and cruelty, promoting the importance of companion animal population control, and improving the lives of animals and people through legislation, advocacy, education, and support. We are a voice for the voiceless.
