Prizes

There will be three (3) prizes awarded in each of the two (2) photo contest categories. The persons submitting the three photos that that get the most votes in each of the categories will win prizes. Winners will be notified via email by Oct. 15, 2014.

• 1st Prize is a $150 gift card for Herberger's (www.herbergers.com) and will be awarded to the person submitting the photo receiving the most votes.
• 2^nd Prize is a $100 gift card for PetCo (www.petco.com) and will be awarded to the person submitting the photo receiving the 2^nd most votes.
• 3^rd Prize is a $75 gift card for PetSmart (www.petsmart.com) and will be awarded to the person submitting the photo receiving the 3^rd most votes.

• 1st Prize is a $150 gift card for Herberger's (www.herbergers.com) and will be awarded to the person submitting the photo receiving the most votes.
• 2^nd Prize is a $100 gift card for PetCo (www.petco.com) and will be awarded to the person submitting the photo receiving the 2^nd most votes.
• 3^rd Prize is a $75 gift card for PetSmart (www.petsmart.com) and will be awarded to the person submitting the photo receiving the 3^rd most votes.

In the case of a tie for any of the above prizes, the attendees at the Pet Haven Fall Benefit event on Oct. 5, 2014 will select the winner by applause. The panel of judges for the "People's Choice" selection (see below) will determine which photo receives the most applause. For example, if photo #1 receives 200 votes, photo #2 receives 200 votes, and photo #3 receives 150 votes, photo #1 and photo #2 will be shown to the Fall Benefit attendees. If photo #2 receives the most applause, that photo wins 1^st prize, photo #1 receives 2^nd prize, and photo #3 receives 3^rd prize.

A panel of judges selected by Pet Haven will choose up to 10 photographs that did not win any of the prizes based on the number of votes received. These photographs will be shown at Pet Haven's Fall Benefit event on October 5, 2014 and the attendees at the event will select one winner by applause. The panel of judges will determine which photo received the most applause. The person who submitted this winning photo will receive the "People's Choice Prize". The winner will be notified via email by Oct. 7, 2014.

• The People's Choice prize is a $100 gift card for Target (www.target.com).
