We found Russell, hiding in a shrub while mowing our yard in 2017. He was about 8 weeks old and had strayed from Momma kitty - to this day Russell is constantly on the go! The summer we resued him, we "flipped" our screen door, as our pup had scratched a hole in the bottom of the screen and we were fearful that Russell would escape out the hole.

Literally minutes after the screen was flipped, he single "paw-edly" scaled to the opening in the screen (that was now at the top of the doorway, 6 feet high)! We looked up and saw him hanging through the hole, wanting to join us on the veranda! His expression was like, hey! I'm part of the family now! Let's "hang" out! He's been by our side ever since!
