My name is Annie. I don’t have a sad or extraordinary story. My owner isn’t that unique or noteworthy, either. But, our bond makes up for it. She wasn’t looking for a puppy when she found me. It was a chance encounter. And she probably wouldn’t have thought a timid girl like me could fit her criteria for a four-legged companion. She wanted a barn and trail dog, an agility dog and one to accompany her everywhere.

Somehow, probably with my persuasive eyes, I convinced her I could turn into that dog. And I don’t think I’ve let her down. I’ve gone on countless trail rides, competed in many agility trials, made her laugh on more than one occasion and offered a supporting paw in every situation. My mom and all her friends say I’m pretty cute. I hope you think so, too!
