Please tell voters about the rescued dog in the photo that was adopted. Is this a SSLR dog? If so, how long has he or she been a part of your family? What’s the story behind the photo?
We adopted Phoebe from SSLR in October of 2016. At 6 months old, she had been living on her own and fending for herself before SSLR was notified and took her in. This photo was taken on her ride to meet her new family (us!) It’s one of my favorites because she looks like she knows she can finally relax because she is safe.
