Contest Rules/Guidelines:

• Email your favorite pet photo to nalb09@yahoo.com Friday May 5^th through Monday May 8th 9:00PM.
• Photo must be at least 300 kb.
• You can enter as many photos as you like. Limit is 1 photo of same pet. 
• Please include the following information in your email:          
  • Your first name and last name, complete address (street, town, state, zip, no PO Boxes), telephone number(s), email, and Date of birth (must be age 21 years or older).          
  • Pet(s)’s name, age, breed. Tell us something unique, & interesting about this pet &/or photo. If adopted from a shelter/rescue – please provide shelter’s name. Gives us lots of details. If you win, we will read this to our audience.
• Photos of all types of pets, furry, feathery, scaled (cat, dog, horse, rabbit, hamster, squirrels, raccoons, etc) are welcome for this fundraiser.
• No photos containing any US state, US military, or US government flag, symbol, crest, or seal.
• No humans in photo. No text in photo.
• All submitted photos are subject to review by NALB for inappropriate/offensive content. Inappropriate entries will not be permitted and any donations related to those submissions will not be refunded. NALB reserves the right to disqualify at any time any photo it determines to be unsuitable.
• Photos become the property of NALB. You agree to indemnify NALB, August Hill Winery, and Utica Business Association and hold them harmless from and against any claims of any nature arising in connection with this Photo Contest.
• Entrants grant NALB all rights of ownership, reproduction and royalty-free indiscriminate use of entries and photographs for any purpose. By submitting a photo to the NALB Photo Contest the photo owner agrees to give and grant to NALB, its employees, volunteers, nominees, agents, successors and assigns, unlimited authorization, consent and permission to publish and use, any and all information about the pet and any and all reproductions of pet's likeness (photographic or otherwise), and with or without the use or disclosure of owner's name.
• Monday May 8th through Sunday May 14^th (Mother’s Day)  9:00PM vote on www.noanimalleftbehind.org.  $1 donation per vote. Top 4 photos will be on August Hill wine labels.
• Votes will be tallied and posted online Monday May 8th through Saturday May 14th, 9:00PM Central time. 
• Votes are non-refundable and may not be moved from one entry to another after they have been placed.
• On Saturday, May 13^th, the highest vote photo will receive a mosaic PawPrints Stepping Stone. In case of a tie, the highest entries (tie) will be entered in a hat and 1 winner drawn.
• Spread the word everywhere if you want your photo to win and help us raise donations! Ask family, friends, and co-workers to get online and vote for your favorite pet photo! Ask a business to sponsor your pet.  All donations are non-refundable for any reason.
• TOP four winners will be announced by August Hill Winery’s at our Sip ‘n’ Snip Festival on Saturday, June 3rd.
• When you donate to vote, be sure to enter the photo letter you are voting for before you finalize the transaction. (“I am voting for photo letter: ____”.) We will confirm all votes by email.
• In accepting any prize, the winner acknowledges that NALB, August Hill Winery, Village of Utica, and/or Utica Village Business Association may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using prize(s).
• All profit will be distributed to Safe House Animal Rescue spay/neuter program.
