Join the fun and enter the 2019 Best Friends Pet Photo Contest!
Each year, all photo entries are used to create a colorful, full-sized calendar celebrating YOUR treasured pets! The photo with the most votes (donations) at the end of the contest will be featured as the cover pet for the 2020 HHS Best Friend's Calendar!
Our photo contest is open to ALL animals. Your pet does NOT have to be adopted from Halifax Humane Society, and we welcome photos of all animal species. Show off your favorite pet (or pets!) while raising money to help care for our community's animals. All photos entered will appear in the calendar in some form.
Participation is easy…just upload photos of your family pet for $5.00 per upload. You can also vote for your favorite pet photo for a donation of $1.00 per vote.
DON'T WAIT! Enter your photo now and recruit your friends and family to vote for your photo. Votes are $1.00 each (minimum 5 votes) and all proceeds benefit our community's animals at Halifax Humane Society. Your participation is vital to the success of this fundraiser! We provided care for over 25,000 animals last year, and you can help us save even more lives in 2020!

Honor a pet's memory or other hallmark when you reserve a date for their photo. Just choose one favorite photo, choose a date, and donate! First come, first served. Each date is $10.
