Mika came into my life as a rescue at the lowest point in my life. We were both unwanted. She came from a couple that lived by a busy highway, and they kept her outside without a leash or fence. She had horrible growths on her mouth, and was infested with fleas and worms. Anyone who knows husky’s know they love to run and roam. I had been desperately wanting a husky or shepherd as I had just left a terrible relationship with my three kids and I was lonely. Someone told me about her and I took her home 15 minutes later. Within a month later her fleas, worms, and mouth growths were completely gone. She has been spoiled since, and is a celebrity at her groomers!
