Jovie is the sweetest rescue mutt that ever lived! Jovie was rescued from the euthanasia list on Christmas Eve, so her rescuer named her Jovie after the female lead in the movie "Elf". Her owner didn't plan on having a dog with that name, but she couldn't change it after hearing that story!
