A little about me...
Birdie was our first ABESR setter. She came to us with a host of issues that no one knew about. She was around 14 when we got her in November 2021 and she was with us for a year and a half. When we knew of her issues the words ‘ we’ll understand if you don’t want to keep her’ were said. I set the record straight right there that she was ours and would stay with us until the end. We had let her go in May 2023. She opened the door to fostering other dogs and I’m so grateful that she came to us.
