A little about me...
Ruffin is a 2018 ABESR alum. He was picked up by animal control while wandering in rural eastern NC. The animal shelter saw how friendly he was and had him neutered and vaccinated in hopes of increasing his chance of adoption. ABESR saw him and arranged for him to be pulled and fostered. We knew we had foster failed the moment we saw him.
Ruffin lives the good life now with his two humans and a Calico cat that is also a foster failure.
Although he is a Great Pyrenees and Cocker Spaniel mix, he is an ambassador for ABESR. Everywhere he goes, people want to know his breed. We just say he is an honorary English Setter rescued by ABESR.
