A little about me...
Lucy was a puppy mill mother who lived outside in Michigan. Rescued with seven other English Setters, it took some time for Lucy not to be fearful of men; to understand what toys were and to not fear someone who reached near her to pet her. But over the years Lucy has lived large. She has run the beaches of Martha's Vineyard and the Eastern shore and lounged in the woods of Maine. She has dined on nonstop cheese while spending a weekend in a Philadelphia penthouse, and met, sniffed and spent the weekend with another ABESR setter, Luke on Cape Cod. Lucy spends her time between Washington DC and Northern Virginia. She is a professional sleeper and knows that the best kibble is the kind sprinkled with parm.
