Who can enter?
A rescued and/or adopted dog, cat, horse, small mammal, reptile, or bird are eligible to enter the AAA Best in Rescue Photo Contest.
Can I enter a pet who has passed away?
Yes, as long as that pet was adopted and/or rescued.
Can I submit any photos?
We do request it is a high-quality photograph. Please see the graphic at the bottom of this page for more information.
May I submit a photo with more than one pet?
Yes, as long as the photo contains only animals that have been adopted/rescued. If that photo is a winner, all pets will be shown on the same page in the calendar.
Who can be in the photo?
We ask that pictures are only of pets. No humans, please.
What will the money raised be used for?
All donations will support AAA's mission of saving shelter pets until they all have a home. AAA provides food, shelter, and veterinary care to thousands of shelter pets; leads humane education programs within our community; and operates a nationally-recognized transport program.
Can I enter more than one pet?
Yes, enter as many pets as you like.
If I live out-of-state can I still participate?
Absolutely!
When will winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on Sunday, October 10th via AAA's Facebook page.
