You'd never know Teddy ever had a bad day in his life. After being recently adopted with the great help of ACCT, he is flourishing in his new home even though he has a history of neglect which is baffling. He is the happiest little boy despite his being deaf and having no teeth. He has more life in him than any other dog and LIVES for love and affection wanting to be held constantly. If he doesn't see you leave the room he starts searching intensely until he can find you and be in your arms again. He greets every new day with the enthusiasm of Christmas morning, even being kind to our other grumpy dog :) Teddy brings us so much joy and truly can turn a bad day into a good one for anyone!
