Animal Care & Control Team of Philadelphia (ACCT Philly) is an open-admission animal shelter contracted by the City to provide animal control services for all of Philadelphia. We are the only truly open-admission shelter in the city and are proud to support our community. Over 23,000 animals come through our doors every single year, each requiring care and love.
