We adopted Jules while our friend was fostering him through ACCT. Jules was a very sick kitten; he had a belly full of worms, and had a severe URI. Luckily, ACCT saved his life by giving him a double enucleation, and he found his forever home with us. As a blind cat, he amazes us with his abilities every day.
Our love for Jules sparked an interest in fostering. The first foster kitten was Pablo. He, like Jules had a severe URI, and was looking as though he may lose one or both eyes like Jules. We decided right away to keep him. Luckily, with the help of ACCT, Pablo was able to make a full recovery. Jules and Pablo are brothers, and have brought so much joy and love to our lives!
