All donations will be used to help care for our shelter dogs in the upcoming winter months
Rules
- Individuals may enter 1 photo in the contest
- All entries are due by January 31, 2017 at 8PM PST
- Entrance fee for the photo contest is $5
- Theme will be "Active Dogs of January." Whether your dog is going for a walk, a run, playing chase, or doing another form of exercise, we'd love to see it. We know that dogs love to exercise, rain or shine!
Prizes
Winner will have their picture featured in Project POOCH's 2019 calendar as the main picture for the month in which they won. 2
nd and 3
rd place will also get a shout out and smaller picture featured in the calendar.
About
Project POOCH, Inc. has paired youths incarcerated at the MacLaren Youth Correctional Facility in Woodburn, Oregon, with shelter dogs since 1993. The dogs are spayed/neutered, updated on vaccinations and trained to pass the Canine Good Citizen Test. The shelter dogs are then adopted into loving forever homes, and the youth reenter the community with improved vocational and personal skills.
