Casper is a lovable Maltese mix who was adopted from AKR on August 26, 2024. He is fiercely loyal and full of personality. He lights up whenever he hears the magic words: “treat” and “walk.” Casper is trilingual. He understands Korean, English, and Cantonese. Casper brings us so much joy, laughter, and lots of tail wags wherever he goes.
