Short story about your dog
I adopted Tucker, a 10-year-old apricot poodle, last August from ADL. He jumped in my car as soon as we met. Tucker, who looks and acts much younger than his age, loves long walks and chest rubs. He has been adjusting well but slowly to his new home, which he now guards with frequent barking at every little noise. Occasionally he seems anxious that someone is going to take him away from a place he has come to love. We love him too.
