Short story about your dog
Iamus came into rescue when his mom was no longer able to care for him. Iamus and his mom had been together almost nine years. Most of that time Iamus had a little sister. They were inseparable until she passed away.

Iamus is a good boy that is sometimes shy. He loves to play, go for walkies, and be near those who dote on him. Iamus is a consummate snuggle bug and is a huge fan of his blankies and fluffy beds.

Iamus joined our family at the end of May 2025. After viewing a photo of Iamus as a potential foster pup, I decided to foster him until the paperwork cleared for his adoption. I never questioned my decision to adopt him before meeting him. I just knew he was going to fit right in.

This little man has seen his share of heartbreak, first losing his sister he had been with since he was a puppy, then, months after, being brought into rescue. It has not been easy for Iamus, yet he continues to give his full heart to those around him. He loves to be loved and to love others. Iamus is loved and cherished, and now, forever home.
