Short story about your dog
I rescued Ivy on March 2, 2025. She was extremely neglected and shut down. She was 9 1/2 years old and was so scared of the world; I wasn’t sure if she would ever come out of her shell, and learn how to be a “dog”. I worked with her every day, and slowly she has developed into the sweetest and gentlest little dog. Unfortunately, we found a mass on her neck at Thanksgiving. It turned out to be cancer and has already metastasized throughout her little body. I don’t know how much longer she’ll be here, but I can tell you she is receiving all the love and care from friends and family that we can give her.
