Your Pet's Story or Bio
Tyler is a very happy, social girl who has never met a person or dog she didn't like. It's really not surprising, though, since she lived in a sorority at Georgetown University for two months. Having had no training at all, and needing a more appropriate home, I adopted her when she was 4 months old. I knew she was a very special dog the first time I met her. That night I taught her to sit in five minutes, and when I brought her home, she was house broken within a week. Tyler is likely Deer Hound, Retriever, Husky, and Border Collie, and until two sports related knee surgeries, she was extremely energetic, chasing squirrels and deer, and playing Frisbee and ball until one of us was worn out (usually me). Now 14 1/2, Tyler is content with long walks, going to work, and lots of petting.
