Welcome to the Alliston & District Humane Society 2026 Calendar Contest Fundraiser!
Our calendar will celebrate the love and companionship of our pets. Share a favourite photo or memory of your pet and tell us how much they mean to you. If you adopted your pet from ADHS so much the better but all pets are eligible to enter this contest!
There is a registration fee of $5 to enter a photo and that comes with 5 votes. Your family and friends can vote by donation: $1 = 1 vote. The pet photo with the most votes will win any month of their choice in our printed 2026 calendar. There will also be a page dedicated to the memory of Beloved Fur Babies who have passed away. Spots can be reserved for this page.
All proceeds raised from the 2026 Calendar Contest will support the medical costs of ADHS animals.Prizes

In Memory of a Beloved Fur Baby
One of the back pages of the 2026 Calendar will be a dedicated "In Memory of a Beloved Fur Baby" tribute photo collage. Donate and submit a photo of a beloved pet who has passed away. All funds go directly to supporting medical costs for animals at the Alliston & District Humane Society.
Spots are $15 per photo. Space is limited; reserve early.

Contest Entry
- Entries are limited to one photo per entry fee and must be submitted online. You may submit multiple entries.
- Once entered, all photos become the property of Alliston & District Humane Society to be used for print or publicity purposes.
Photo Requirements
- All photos must be in colour and high resolution.
- Horizontal/landscape orientation photos are preferred. ADHS reserves the right to crop, resize, or edit a photo if necessary.
- If your entry was taken by a professional studio, please include a signed copyright release.

Alliston & District Humane Society is a registered non-profit charity that serves the south Simcoe County region. ADHS is a volunteer-run, no-kill organization that ensures refuge for stray and unwanted animals, prioritizing those abused and/or neglected. Our dedicated volunteers and foster homes act with love and compassion to find each animal a permanent home.
ADHS provides the following services to the communities it serves: shelter, medical care, adoption of dogs, cats and small animals, a lost and found matching service, wildlife consultation, a feral cat program, and canine pound services.
ADHS is also committed to providing humane education programs for children, teens and community groups, as well as partnering with local social service agencies to assist low income or marginalized communities with animal food bank supplies, vet services and surrender support as needed.
